I'm saving up for a card that can decode H.265 for my HTPC already right now. To be honest, given your track record at this point i'm not sure I would even believe you if you did answer the question, so don't even bother. I would normally ask you why you think that is, but the last time I asked you, you conveniently (for you) dodged the question so i'm not going to bother asking you the question again. Introduced DCI 4K video decoding GeForce 830M, 840M, 920MX, 930M, 930MX, 940M, 940MX, MX110, MX130: GM108 VP6 E March 2014 - GeForce GTX 970, GTX 980, GTX 970M, GTX 980M: GM204 VP6 E September 2014 - GeForce GTX 750 SE, GTX 950, GTX 960: GM206 VP7 F January 2015 Introduced VP9 and HEVC (Main and Main 10) video decoding GeForce GTX TITAN X. I admit that I don't know much about Kodi, but from what I understand it is not free software right? I am trying to use Pot Player and VLC, nether of which will work to play H.265 4k video with my GT1030. The thread that you linked is specifically talking about using Kodi, which I do not have. Do you ever get anything right? Do you even have a 1030GT video card? Because I do, and with the same settings that I use with my 1050GT, H.265 HW acceleration does not work.

If you weren't wrong about it then I wouldn't even know how to make such a specific response to your claim. But when the resoutions are 2560x1600, the 590 has the 10-20 advantage. They are on par when the resolutions are low 1600x1200 or 1920x1200.
I watched a video that was published on YouTube in 2015 explaining how watching 4k videos on YouTube has issues. Im wondering how far technology has gotten on YouTube in 4k. That card is around 23 years older than the i3 10th generation CPUs. With a few minor exception where the 680 beats the 590, the 590 tends to score 10-20 FPS then the 690. Im not exactly sure of which hub or forum to discuss this on so I thought here would be a decent start. Also, you said GTX The last fastest GTX card was the GTX 1080 Ti. I didn't ignore everything you just posted, therefore you are factually wrong yet again. It's got the GTX 590, GTX 680 (Blue highlight) and the 7970.
